Tenant Finder Services for Landlords
Do you own a property that you would like to rent? Do you need assistance finding a qualified renter? With our Tenant Verification Service we will market your property to prospective tenants in several venues including the Triangle Multiple Listing System.Once a potential renter is found we will show the property , have them fill out a rental application form, run a credit, eviction and criminal background check. We will collect the application fee plus a security deposit and first month's rent. All information will be provided to the owner and it will be at the owner's discretion as to whether to accept the tenant's application.
Once the renter is approved we will have a N.C. Residential Lease agreement executed by both parties and the security deposit and remaining portion of the first month's rent (minus the RW fee) will be disbursed to the owner.
